Stukan S. Surgical treatment of focal hepatic lesions using argon plasma coagulation.

Object - hydatid disease of the liver, these liver cysts, liver hemangioma; goal – improve the results of surgical treatment of patients through the introduction of argon plasma coagulation (APC) in the treatment of focal liver disease; methods – clinical, clinical la-boratory, immunological, biochemical, morphological, tools, statistics; results – it found that the use of a APC in a mode of appli-cation of minimally invasive reduces the incidence of complications in patients with liver echinococcosis in both early and late period; it is shown to reduce the frequency of relapse echinococcosis under APC; it shows that the use of argon in focal lesions of the liver accompanied by significantly lower incidence of complications in the formation of early and late postoperative period, contributes to maintaining a functioning liver parenchyma; a program of dynamic control over the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with the use of ultrasound, CT in the preoperative and postoperative periods in the dynamics; branch – medicine.
