Riznyk Y. Substantiation of correction of endothelial dysfunction of periodontal vessels in complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis

Object of research - origins and mechanisms of generalized periodontitis, effect of pathogenic therapy on the course of generalized periodontitis, increasing the resistance of periodontal tissues. The aim of the research - improve the efficiency of treatment and prevention of relapse of generalized periodontitis by pathogenic substantiated correction of endothelial dysfunction of periodontal blood vessels. Methods of the research - clinical, roentgenologic, laboratory, morphological, immunofermental. Based on the complex study it was found that the development of generalized periodontitis accompanied by a significant level increase of endothelial dysfunction markers in blood and oral fluid: vasoconstrictor - Endothelin-1, pro-inflammatory cytokines - TNF, IL-1, IL-6, which causes abnormal hemodynamics and increases the pathological process in periodontal tissues and its intensification.The proposed scheme of complex treatment of generalized periodontitis with local application of solution and dental films based on Corvitin drug and oral use of quercetin granule and tivortyn aspartate for the endothelial dysfunction correction contributes to the effectiveness of treatment, prolonged remission of the pathological process, prevents the rise of dystrophic-inflammatory process in periodontal tissues.
