The thesis is the first complex scientific general theoretic research of problems of application of methodoligical rules in comparative legal studies.The thesis improves the structure of methodology of comparative law by providing new interpretation of its separate elements. It is determined that the structure is multilevel and methodological rules of comparative legal research are one of its important elements.
