Essay

Dissertation is devoted to general theoretical study of the genesis and development trends of Islamic tort law. It analyzes the main approaches to the concept of tort law, which led to the conclusion that the term «Islamic criminal law» bears the mark of modernization and a certain amount of reserve. This concept is known traditional Islamic legal thought, which in its approach to the rules of behavior focused on the concept developed in Islam Sharia markedly different in their basic postulates of the modern views on law and social and normative regulation in general.
