Essay

The thesis considers peculiarities of psychopathological disorder structure in different variants of children autism course, its interrelationship with etiopathogenic factors of ASD development, psychopathological regularities of their formation basing on complex, clinical psychopathological, clinical anamnestic, psychodiagnostic examination of 137 children with ASD (main group) and 69 children without autism signs (reference group). Main factors of ASD formation in children are hereditary encumbrance, perinatal pathology, social and psychological factors. For the first time this work establishes the interrelation in seasons and months of ASD children birth, the majority of ASD children were born in summer (August). The most favorite seasons and months for the conception and the birth of healthy child in families with ASD children are determined. Early clinical psychopathological key signs of mental ASD disorders, which help to defect them in the first year of child life, are established. Early diagnosis facilitates early treatment and correction, this improving social adaptation of these children and their life standards in adulthood. The analysis of autism clinical and psychopathological peculiarities in the researched children proves there are several variants of the disease course. They are progressive (benign), recurrent (undulating, sinuous), regressive (malignant or unfavorable). The clinical psychopathological and pathopsychological peculiarities of Kanner, Asperger, atypical autism syndromes signs, the similarity in pathogenetic formation mechanisms and significant heterogeneity and polymorphism of these diseases are thoroughly studied and researched.
