The dissertation presents a theoretical foundation and experiential research of psychological factors of professional self-identity formation, which is the basis for achieving high results it educational and professional activities and further professional success. Found that professional development is determined by system of meaning and motivational personality formations, that determine the polyvalent focus on individual assessment and mastering her future professional activities. Determined the structural components of the phenomenon of self-professional development of personality, that are also the levels of its organization, goals, values, meanings, awareness of the career; the prospect of a professional future, professional motivation, professional identity of a professional future; self-motivation and self-realization; self-efficiency of personality, personal autonomy, understanding their potential and faith in their capabilities; the ability of conscious control and assessment of their own achievements and possibilities. Developed and tested the program of psychological self-promoting of professional development of future specialists during the studying at the university. The results of testing a program have shown its high efficiency. Implementation of the program has contributed the activation of needs of the individual self-knowledge, the formation of personal reflection; forming and maintaining the positive self-attitude; the formation of self-motivation as a basis of self-actualization; activation of mechanisms of reconsideration of itself as the subject of interaction with the outside and other people; actualization and self-awareness goals, needs in functional autonomy and self-efficiency of personality, the formation of skills of self-efficacy and self-knowledge. The empirical results confirmed the hypothesis of the research.
