Lopoha V. Preventing crimes committed by personnel prisons Ukraine.

In the thesis, based on the clarification of the status of research in science issues related to the prevention of crimes committed by personnel of correctional facilities Ukraine, determining the content of the activity and the establishment of basic features of criminal systems forming properties of this type of crime (her condition; determinants that her rise and rise, of offender); developed a set of general social activities, specially-criminological and individual prevention in this context aimed at improving the legal framework prevention of socially dangerous acts and punishable by staff data penal institutions, and to improve the effectiveness of the sentence of imprisonment.
