Chernovol S. Regulatory and legal contract as a source of law.

The thesis is devoted to system research of scientific and theoretical problems of regulatory and legal contract as a source of law. The genesis and evolution of regulatory and legal contract in the domestic theory of law and the development of scientific conception concerning the issue of recognition of the regulatory and legal contract as a source of law is observed. The concept of contract as general legal categories is defined and its content and formal futures are reviewed. The correlation and delimitation of regulatory and legal contract with the regulatory and legal act and an individual contract, in consideration of the common and distinctive features is researched.
