The thesis is devoted to systematic research of scientific and practical aspects of realizing civil and legal protection of housing rights of children. The main stages of the development of legal regulation and scientific opinion concerning civil and legal protection of housing rights of children have been considered. The concept of housing rights of children has been formulated; and classification of housing rights of children has been elaborated. The right to protect housing rights of children has been characterized. Forms and civil and legal methods of protecting housing rights of children have been studied. The features of self-defense of housing rights of children have been revealed.
