Object of the study: primary hyperparathyroidism in patients with thyroid disorders. Aim of the study: improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism on the background of thyroid disease by reducing the risk of missed cases of primary hyperparathyroidism, inadequate performance in terms of transactions and reduce the frequency of potential complications associated with delayed diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism and re-intervention in the neck.The paper identified the frequency of primary hyperparathyroidism in certain forms of thyroid pathology, set the character of morphological changes of the parathyroid glands in the presence of thyroid disease, scientifically grounded and developed preoperative diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism protocol in patients with concomitant thyroid pathology, determined the most effective imaging of the parathyroid glands in patients with various forms of thyroid pathology, surgical approach grounded in primary hyperparathyroidism for primary and reoperation.
