The object of study - information and public administration analytical support in Ukraine. The purpose of research - theoretical scientific and methodological approaches foundation and development and tools for improving the public administration mechanism of information and analytical support in Ukraine. Methods - abstract logical method of structural-functional method, synthesis analysis and synthesis method, situational approach, information systems designing methodology, project analysis. The practical significance of the results, provided their use in the activities of the Civil Service Center for Adaptation to EU standards National agency of Ukraine on Civil service. Scientific novelty of the results is the scientific and methodological approach justification to the information and analytical support formation mechanism of state management activities through the introduction of an architectural approach to the development and implementation of integrated information-analytical system and its inclusion in the e-government structure. The first time the conceptual provisions to improve the government information-analytical support mechanism. The public administration information and analytical support mechanism in Ukraine, organizational and methodical approach to the government information-analytical systems design, methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of government information-analytical systems implementation. We got further development of concepts theoretical grounding essence "information systems architecture", "government information-analytical system", "government information and analytical support"; methodical provisions on assessment of the government information and analytical support, information and analytical support public administration improvement grouping areas in Ukraine.
