The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of new biologically active and low toxic substances among derivatives of 3-carboxy-2-chloroxanilic (succinanilic) acids and substituted 3-oxamoyl(succinoyl)amides of N-phenylanthranilic acids, establishing the structure of the obtained substances by physical and chemical methods, the research of the reactivity and the study of its biological activity, establishing the consistent pattern of the connection structure-activity of the synthesized derivatives of N-phenylanthranilic acid as anti-inflammatory and analgesic means using QSAR-analysis and the mechanism of their action at the cellular and subcellular levels using the methodology of molecular docking.
