Essay

The object of the research: the dynamics of biometric indices formation, physiological changes, crop capacity and grain quality of spring barley depending on the seeding rates and leaf-feeding, economic and bioenergy efficiency of the researched elements of the growing technology. The aim: to determine the influence of various seeding rates into a tube on plants development, crop capacity and seed quality of spring barley; determination of optimal variants of the researched elements of the growing technology to provide more complete realization of the resourse potential of their grain productivity. The methods: general scientific, field, vegetative, measuring and weight, biochemical, statistic, calculative and comparative. The novelty: the influence of the seeding rates and leaf-feeding with microfertilizers and biological preparation on crop capacity and grain quality was determined for the first time for spring barley in the conditions of the eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine by the results of the complex researches. The parameters of these indices changeability while weather changes of the region were set. The peculiarities of growth and development of the researched varieties depending on the seeding rates and leaf-feeding of the crops were revealed and scientifically grounded for the first time. The optimal seeding rates of the researched varieties of spring barley were set, the variants of additional fertilizing which provide more complete discovery of the resource potential of species productivity were determined and economic evaluation of their growth efficiency was carried out for the soil and climatic conditions of the eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The results: the effect of seeding rates and leaf-feeding interaction on growth and development of plants, the dynamics of biometric indices formation, photosynthesis pigments content in the leaves of spring barley during the vegetative period was determined. The effect of combined influence of weather conditions, the researched seeding rates and leaf-feeding on crop capacity and structural elements was established. Economic evaluation of spring wheat growing with the influence of the researched technological elements was carried out. The optimal seeding rates and the variants of leaf-feeding of spring barley were grounded for the conditions of the eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine that allows increasing realization of its productivity potential. The degree of the implementation: the main results of the research were industrially tested and implemented in SE "EF "Parhomovskoye" of the Institute of Vegetables and Melons of Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences" of Krasnokutsk Region of Kharkov Oblast on the area of 25,3 ha and two farms of Chuguyev Region of Kharkov Oblast: PAE "Zarozhnyanskoye" on the area of 41,6 ha and LLC AF "Ivanovskii Lan" on the area 20,9 ha and are also used in the educational process and reflected in the methodical course books and a lecture course of the discipline "Plant Growing" for the students of the Agronomy department of KhNAU named after V. V. Dokuchayev. The sphere of the implementation: academic institutions of NAAS and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, higher educational establishments, agroformations of APC of Ukraine.
