Dissertation is devoted research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation and implementation of municipal sanctions in the sphere of local government. Characteristics of municipal liability of local government bodies and officials are given, and its concept is defined. Features of municipal sanctions as external form of municipal liability are researched that distinguishes them from the sanctions of other kinds of liability.
