Essay

The research is devoted to study and optimize the surgical correction of venous blood flow disorders in the treatment of patients with lower limbs postthrombotic syndrome. The dissertation presents the results of the study of 142 patients with lower extremities postthrombotic syndrome (С4-С6, Es, As, p, d, Pr). The survey was developed and scientifically substantiated differentiated approach to the choice of surgical treatment of the lower extremities postthrombotic syndrome considering phlebo-hemodynamic changes. Application of closed separation perforating veins and paratibial fasciotomy in patients with postthrombotic syndrome improves outcomes for patients with this pathology. Proven important pathogenetic role of muscle pump dysfunction in patients with later stages of posttrombotyc syndrome. Confirmed the high diagnostic value of color duplex scanning in the evaluation of venous hemodynamics disorders in posttrombotyc syndrome. Further development of the study had received leukocyte adhesion processes, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in patients with posttrombotyc syndrome of lower extremities. Confirmed the need to determine the quality of life of patients with lower limb postthrombotic syndrome and clinical evaluation of the disease on the VCSS scale.
