The dissertation deals with the issue of artistic and creative potential formation of Bachelors of Musical Arts. Based on the generalization of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature the notional-terminological analysis of the phenomenon "artistic and creative potential" is carried out, namely. Assessment criteria have been scientifically grounded and levels of creative and artistic potential formation of Bachelors of Musical Arts have been ascertained. Methodological foundations for artistic and creative potential formation of Bachelors of Musical Arts that are considered in terms of contextual, competencebased and artistic-personalized approaches have been proved and developed.
