Sysoyev D. Legal person (private) official's abuse of power: criminal law definition.

Within the ambit of the Theses a comprehensive legal research on the notion and legal definition of the abuse of rights crime, in case the one committed by the official of private undertaking (legal entity), is to be presented. Principal trends concerned the identification, qualification and proscription of the crimes of similar kind and nature, both in historical and comparative perspective, are identified. In turn, approach on how to define abuse of rights crime has been developed. Peculiarities of the contemporary form of the abuse of rights deed criminalization, as provided by the Criminal Code of Ukraine, have been identified.
