Chernov A. Arbitrariness: criminal-juridical qualification and responsibility.

The thesis is a complex research problems of criminal legal qualification and responsibility for arbitrariness. Сonducted legal analysis of crime under Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the basis of which formulated theoretical conclusions and recommendations.Analyzed the practical application of Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and found that samopravnymy actions in the disposition of Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine should recognize only those connected with the implementation of real or imaginary law contrary to established procedure and proposed to amend Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the definition of socially dangerous actions and their consequences.
