Object of study: environmental management projects of national and supranational levels, organizational and economic mechanisms to support them. Objective: improvement of theoretical positions, scientific and methodical approaches to formation of organizational and economic support of environmental management projects of national and supranational levels. Methods and apparatus: system-structural analysis; logical synthesis and scientific abstraction; comparative analysis method and typologies; correlation analysis, nonparametric methods of estimation correlation, statistical methods of assessment of causality. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological development, practical proposals for the formation of a system of organizational and economic security management conservation projects various levels of hierarchy. Novelty: a scientific and methodical approach to building a risk-based organizational and economic support projects to counter climate change. The degree of implementation, development and practical guidelines introduced in activity: Regional Council SSU, SSU Regional State Administration, the National Ecological and Naturalistic Youth Center, in the learning process of SSU.
