Vasyliev V. Legal regulation of compensation for harm caused by the crime.

The thesis is devoted to research and determine the scientific issues of legal regulation of civil damages caused by a criminal offense. The paper indicated trends and the characteristics of liabilities damages caused offense defined these obligations and functions found legal grounds implementation of individual rights to state compensation for damage caused by a criminal offense, the ways of improving the mechanism of legal regulation of relations refund (compensation) damages from the State Budget of Ukraine set forth a number of proposals for improving the legal norms Civil Code of Ukraine, which regulate the right to compensation for damage caused by a criminal offense. In the theoretical study suggested scientifically based position on the establishment of the State Fund of assistance or compensation to victims (victims) of criminal offenses (crimes), which will promote each person a sense of confidence that its rights, freedoms and interests are under protection any violations awareness of their value to society and the state.
