Essay

The object herein studied is a systemic phenomenon that embodies a tool maintaining the competitiveness of commodity producers by their environmental performance; the studies' goal consisting in deepening the scientific basis and new approaches substantiation for those producers' environmental competitiveness through respective tools introduction; methods used herein are: statistical surveys (retrospective data analysis and generalization), analysis and synthesis (studying the modern system of competitiveness ensuring), systematic approach (forming the producers' environmental competitiveness principles), situational approach (selection of tools to ensure the producers' environmental competitiveness); this research novelty consisting in theoretical substantiation as well as development of scientific bases and approaches to the formation of the producers' environmental competitiveness system instrumental component; results achieved: developed are the theoretical principles, scientific and methodical approaches, organizational solutions as to the producers' environmental competitiveness instrumental system formation and implementation in order to create their competitive advantage following the greening vector trend; research issues are implemented at the "Odesprompak" LLC (reference No 78/1 of 12.11.2014), "Odeteks" LLC (reference No 104 of 10.12.2014), "Yuzhmetiz" LLC (reference No 7999-U of 16.03.2015) industries as well as at the Odessa National Polytechnic University teaching & learning process in the programs "International economy", "Foreign trade management", "Environmental management" (reference №894 / 81-07 of 10.02.2015); industrial branch related: environmental economics and environmental protection.
