Essay

The object of the research concerns to the personnel behavior management in machine building enterprise. The research refers to development of theoretical positions and applied methodology and principles of enterprise personnel behavior management. Author used methods: synthesis, generalization and systematization, statistical and comparative analysis, structural and logical analysis method and sociometry, questionnaire, graphic method. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the theoretical and methodological and applied principles of personnel behavior management. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is proposed in personnel behavior management enter culturological component through value orientation influence people, there is improved interpretation of the essence of the concept of "personnel behavior management", approach to the assessment of personnel behavior management, were further developed classification of types of personnel behavior as a result of additions and clarification of the essence for the 14 features, classification of factors influencing on the personnel behavior in terms of internal and external environment, effective approach to modeling of personnel behavior in terms of changes in using the methods of sociomapping and models assignment problem. The subject of the research is referred to the theoretically-methodological principles of personnel behavior management of machine building enterprises on the principles of corporate culture. The recommendations of author apply to the personnel behavior management on the principles of corporate culture. The scopes of author's recommendations using refer to enterprises.
