Bogach K. Improving of economic mechanism of environmental management in the coal mining region

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of forming economic mechanism of environmental management in the coal mining region. The conceptual foundations of environmental management on mining enterprises is summarized. Reveals the scientific principles of subsystem implementation of environmental management into management system of mining enterprise. Economic and technical-technological conditions of rational subsoil use in mining regions using the technology of coal mines stowing and taking into account the principles of posttechnogenic landscape planning are established. A scientific instruments optimization of investment providing of environmental activities on coal mines, which involves determining the optimal amounts of funding to ensure the process of mining, land reclamation activities affected by mining operations, and activities for stowing of waste rock.
