Essay

Object: the formation of the system of personnel motivation retailers based on a behavioral approach. Purpose: To develop theoretical justification provisions and practical recommendations on forming the system of staff motivation retailers based on a behavioral approach. Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, organizing, systems analysis, statistical groupings, random observations, methods of sociological surveys; structural methods of logical analysis; methods of economic-mathematical modeling. It is offered: advanced: the method of choosing the optimal combination of incentives to employees - representatives of different behavioral types, staff motivation mechanism, method typology of conduct personnel system to motivate staff retailer’s subsystem level system to motivate staff. Scope of usage: The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, retailers.
