Essay

It were investigated the problems of the theory and practice of communication and information activities of youth non-governmental organizations at the international, national and local levels. It is noted that non-governmental organizations have special characteristics and care about the well-being and development. Young people united in the organization for the common interests and objectives, defined as a development resource. The criterion for the success of the youth organization is a well-established system of public relations. The deployment of the communication process is possible provided that the general principles and the harmonization of rules of strategic planning of public relations.
