The dissertation is dedicated to improving the treatment of pyoderma patients by differentiated administration of antibiotics, immunotropic, probiotic drugs and low-intensity laser therapy in respect of dermatoses clinical picture, main indicators of immunity and colon microbiota of patients. The reduction of individual phagocytosis indicators and immunity T-cell subpopulations as well as I-IV stage colon dysbiosis was established in patients. The interdependence of the said parameters and the severity of pyoderma was determined. The improved method to treat superficial pyoderma by using external laser therapy and integrated method to treat deep and chronic pyoderma by antibiotic, immunotropic, probiotic drugs and combined laser therapy that improves clinical and laboratory treatment results was developed.
