Bahlyk V. Effective mechanisms of the state youth policy implementation in Ukraine

Object of study: the state youth policy in Ukraine. Objective: the substantiation of the scientific and applied recommendations concerning the formation of effective mechanisms of the state youth policy realization in Ukraine. Methods: system analysis, comparative analysis, categorical analysis, structural-functional analysis, statistical analysis, analysis and synthesis. Results: the theoretical fundamentals and applied recommendations concerning the development of effective mechanisms of the state youth policy realization in Ukraine have been substantiated. Novelty: the comprehensive analysis of the problem of interaction between the institutions of the state and civil society and youth, as the members of the overall process of development and implementation of the state youth policy, has been carried out; the integrated approach to the problem of formation and development of the state youth policy in Ukraine, practice and mechanisms of its implementation based on the ideas of social partnership between the state and young people has been improved; the priority directions of the state youth policy development based on their content, characteristics and specificities have been further developed. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Executive Committee of the Novovolynsk Municipal Council, Department of family, youth and sports of Kharkiv City Council and the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
