Hryhorenko N. Development of public services in the field of civil protection

Object of study: public administration of the civil protection. Objective: theoretical substantiation and development of practical measures concerning the development of the system of public services rendering in the sphere of civil protection of Ukraine in modern conditions. Methods: induction, deduction, structural-functional and historical analysis, system approach, simulation, comparative analysis, sociological survey. Results: the theoretical propositions and the practical measures concerning the development of the system of public services rendering in the sphere of civil protection of Ukraine have been substantiated. Novelty: the main directions of the development of the system of public services rendering in the sphere of civil protection in modern conditions have been defined; the model of the electronic services system in the field of civil protection has been improved; the generalization of the main features of the civil protection system in the developed countries has been further developed. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Head Department of the SES of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region, Department on interaction with the law enforcement authorities and civil protection of Kharkiv City Council and the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
