Essay

The thesis deals with a problem of improving the treatment of patients, suffering from common acne (acne), through the use of anti-Helicobacter, antiviral and imunomotropic drugs in their comprehensive treatment, considering concomitant H.pylori - associated diseases or manifest herpes infection, as well as changes in the immune system and clinical features of dermatosis. We have established the incidence of concomitantH.pylori and herpes manifest infection, their effect on the clinical course of dermatosis, quality of life and immune status of patients and, based on this, we worked out measures to improve their comprehensive treatment by means of anti-Helicobacter (amoxicillin, clarithromycin), antivirus ( inosine pranobex) and immunotropic (thymalin) drugs that improve significantly immediate and long-term results of acne treatment in these patients.
