Riabokin M. Securititzation of financial assest as an innovative form of financing in Ukraine

Object - a set of economic relations arising between the parties to the securitization of financial assets; the purpose is deepening of theoretical principles concerning the essence of securitization of financial assets as innovative forms of funding and develop on this basis recommendations for its development in Ukraine; methods of analysis and synthesis, structural, comparative-descriptive, economic and mathematical; novelty - first developed the scientific basis of the systematic introduction of securitization of mortgage assets in the financial market of Ukraine. Installed through the use of panel regressions with random effects the low efficiency of securitization of mortgage assets, which is manifested in the lack of its effect on the financial condition of banks-issuers and improving liquidity of the shares.
