Essay

The thesis is devoted to the synthesis of new potentially biologically active 1,3, 3,7-disubstituted and 1,3,7-tri-substituted derivatives of 6,7-dihydro-1H-cyclopenta [d] -pirymidyn-2,4 (3H, 5H) - Dion, investigation of their physical, chemical and biological properties (studied antispasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant activity and acute toxicity). Using quantum-chemical calculations, correlation and regression analysis, it was shown a quantitative relationship between the structure of derivatives 6,7-dihydro-1H-cyclopenta [d] pyrimidine-2,4 (3H, 5H) -dionu and their spasmolytic activity; introduced in the educational process; area - pharmacy.
