The thesis is devoted to the search for new biologically active compounds in a series of 5-substituted derivatives of 3-mercapto-4-aryl (benzyl, allyl -) - 1,2,4-triazoles (4H). First by S-alkylation of 4-R-phenyl (benzyl, allyl -) - 1,2,4-triazoles (4H) -3-thiones substituted chlorine (bromine) acetophenone and anilidamy hlorotstovoyi acid synthesized, studied the structure, chemical and biological 103 new properties are not described in the literature compounds. Discovered promising "compound-leader" which has low toxicity and high antiulcer activity (59.33%), which coincides with the results of prediction using PASSOnline. A number of patterns of relationship "structure - antiulcer activity" among the compounds obtained.
