Paliukh O. Public funding of the agricultural sector of Ukraine

This research focuses on theoretical, methodological and applied principles of public funding of the agricultural sector. In this work the role and place of state funding of the agricultural sector as part of its financial support and assessed the main approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of methodological support of public funding. Was conducted an analysis of state financial relations in agriculture, the estimation of the level of budget spending to finance the agricultural sector, the influence of public financing on the efficiency of agricultural production. By the author was implemented multifactorial economic and mathematical model of efficiency of the agricultural sector of the national economy for the effects of public funding as the basis for predicting trends in agricultural production in Ukraine. For the first time developed a crisis, optimistic and optimal scenarios of development of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine by results of the optimization of it's public funding.
