Rudyk N. Macrofinancial indicators in the management system of public finances

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the theoretical foundations of state finance management based on macrofinancial indicators and the practices of assessment state and trends in the financial condition of the country at the macrolevel. Approaches to the interpretation of the term "macroindicator" which has its peculiar features, an objective social purpose and functions were explored. The optimum system for implementing multi-dimensional macrofinancial indicators has been set. The existing practice of monitoring and analysis of macro-financial indicators has been studied. The place and role of macro-financial indicators in the management of public finances were analysed. An overview management practices was based on standardized integrated models. The prospects of the use of macro-financial indicators in the management of public finance in Ukraine have been overviewed. The preconditions for the implementation of effective macrofinancial indicators in the management of public finance in Ukraine were determined. Proposals to their practical implementation in decision-making bodies authorized public finance management were substantiated. The problems associated with the net-wealth tax efficiency were identified and recommendations were provided regarding the management of them.
