Nazyrov K. Institutional Foundations for Competitiveness of the National Economy

The object of study: competitiveness of the national economy. Research purpose: theoretical substantiation of the content of institutional factors of the national competitiveness, establishment of appropriate methodological and theoretical framework for the objectives of development of competitive advantages of the national economy and determination of the main directions of improvement of the institutional national competitiveness. Research methods: systematic and structural analysis; dialectical method of cognition; method of historical analysis; methods of institutional analysis; methods of comparison and logic synthesis; methods of rating; economic-statistical method. Results, novelty: it is proved that institutional resources as a factor of national competitiveness, are determined by their ability to reduce specific and common risks of innovation development in order to achieve productivity growth while maintaining macroeconomic and social stability under conditions of increasing influence of exogenous uncertainty as well as effectively integrate the interests of economic entities directing them towards successful dynamic development in a global environment on the value bases of national identity.
