3. The dissertation is devoted to research of prevalence of intestinal cestodoses of sheep at farms of the Odessa region, the age and seasonal dynamics, seasonal dynamics of oribatid mites number at different pastures of Southern and Northern parts of the Odessa area, pathogenesis of monieziozis of sheep and to improvement the treatment. The specific structure of activators of intestinal cestodoses of sheep at farms of the Odessa region has been recearched. Extensive dependence and intestinal cestodoses intensity of sheep upon age and season has been estimated. Variations of intermediate owner's number on different pastures during a year have been investigated. The possibility of infestation of sheep by moniezia without intermediate owners has been established. Data connecting with changes in morphological, biochemical, immunological structure of blood at experimental monieziosis of sheep have been received. Also the main pathomorphological changes in thin intestine, liver and spleen at monieziosis invasion have been studied. High efficiency of anthelmintic Vermal at monieziosis of sheep is proved. Also the relevance of Vermal use with it Methyluracil has been revealed.
