The dissertation deals with theoretical and econometrical key economic shocks characteristics as well as non-cyclical economic fluctuations research. Since economic shocks are integral to contemporary non-cyclical economic waves economic shock's diffusion through the numerous transmission channels impact is a basic factor for the following economic system assessment and forecasting. Thus in case of transmission channel absence or being passive analyzed economic system including inverse type is going to lose its resilience. In such case much of economic policy instruments that are used wouldn't able to damp internal and external economic shocks effects.
