Essay

The aim is a development and the theoretical substantiation of methods of dump sewage treatment for prevention of the Kalmius river and Azov sea contamination. The object of study: ecologically dangerous processes of water objects pollution by dump sewage. The titrimetric, gravimetric, chromatographic and X-ray fluorescent methods of chemical analysis were used and the cup method, fermentation, cultivation method on selective mediums and the method of Romanenko were used for biological research. Scientific novelty: at first the results of chemical and biological pollution of groundwater and sewage on the Mariupol dump location were found; the method of sewage treatment by anaerobic digestion was further developed; the technology of layered double hydroxides and calcium oxide using for sump treatment was improved; a mathematical model of the kinetics of anaerobic digestion process for the sewage treatment was created, the optimum process parameters for maximum treatment were determinated. Parameters of the process of liquid phase treatment from phenols using layered double hydroxides as adsorbents and the ions of iron using calcium oxide were scientifically proved and calculated. The results of researches are used and recommended for introduction on the municipal enterprise "Solid waste landfill" of Mariupol.
