In 90 patients with stable stenocardia and 30 practically healthy people (control group) by means of comparison of beta-blokers bisoprolol, carvedillol and If-receptors inhibitor ivabradin etfficacy was found the increasing of treatment efficacy in patients with stable stenocardia, basing on positive influence on life quality indices of patients, marked antyischemic action of remedies, decrease of homocysteine and endotheline-1 levels in examined patterns at the background of prescribed treatment, improvement of contractile function of myocardium, increase of tolerance to physical loading and improvement of late term prognosis.
