The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of interstate relations between China and Russia for their eligibility strategic partnership. The author argues that the strategic partnership between China and the Russia is a complex integrated model of bilateral cooperation, characterized by various effects and has as a trend to further expand and deepen cooperation and operating under the influence of a large number of different factors.The reasons and background of the development of Sino-Russian in the post-bipolar period have been found out. It has been analyzed the complex of foreign policy and economic goals of the parties, factors of mutual interest which are the base of cooperation. It is shown that the strategic partnership between China and Russia has a multidimensional character and realized in the political, economic, energy and military spheres. The main factors of influence on Sino-Russian relations are interdependent status and role of parties in international relations, a common border and historical heritage. Analyzed the problematic issues that are on the agenda of Sino-Russian relations. It has been proved that strategic partnerships can be developed in the case of a number of controversies between the parties, while the important role plays desire of parties to mitigate the negative existing effects and continue cooperation. It is shown that in the development of strategic partnership between China and Russia play a more important role external factors. It has been identified consequences of local, regional and global nature of the establishment and development of Sino-Russian strategic partnership.
