Essay

The thesis is a comprehensive study of the theoretical and legal rights of freedom as a value and justification of its nature, essence and argumentation in the light of the value and legal aspect. Methodological basis has been stated, special methods have been determined, and principles, approaches of the scientific cognition have been implemented for the research subject matter. Philosophical and legal perception of the freedom have been chronicled and overview about freedom; the value of freedom in law has been specified through the prism of legal doctrine.
