Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2016. The dissertation research is one of the first in the domestic jurisprudence complex general theoretical studies of the mechanism of law enforcement, its structure and criteria's of effectiveness. Improved theoretical positions, new approach to understanding the law enforcement is being proposed. It considers the multidimensional and systemic nature of this form of law realization in modern conditions and tends to raise the role and importance of law enforcement, which is able to have a direct impact on the legal system.
