Mikish A. Prevention of fictitious business in Ukraine

Thesis highlights the number of theoretical and practical questions related to the prevention of fictitious business in Ukraine. The paper discloses the status of research and study methodology to prevent a fictitious business in Ukraine, its main characteristics and formulate their own definition of "fictitious business", studied the historical development of criminal law on the responsibility for a fictitious business. The thesis determines the status and trends of fictitious business, provides the systematical list of its determinants, and develops the criminological characteristics and typology of individuals who commit this type of crime.
