In thesis deals organizational and legal aspects of mechanism of public administration in the treatment of genetically modified organisms in Ukraine as a set of corresponding organizational and legal components of their tools by which, based on the objectives, tasks, functions and principles of public administration in this area, carried out purposeful, organizing and regulation impact on activities and objectives sphere of genetically modified organisms. Exposed the content of organizational and legal mechanisms of governance in the sphere of operation with genetically modified organisms through analysis and characterization of its instrument as the organization structure of public administration and organization procedures. Formulated the prepositions with its improvement.
