The dissertation is devoted to complex criminal legal comparison of the national criminal law and the criminal law of several countries of the Anglo-Saxon law family for the rational borrowing of law experience and further improvement of legal theory and national legislation that provides liability for cybercrimes. It is defended legal theoretical theses concerning criminal liability for committing cybercrimes in the US, UK and Ukraine. Identify and substantiate methodological principles, theoretical and condtions for the comparative study of the criminal law and the laws of Ukraine and several countries of Anglo-Saxon family. It turns out a list and contents of contemporary sources of criminal law and laws of the United States, Britain and Ukraine. Highlighted the particular similarity sources of comparable legislation in the reviewed legal families, that provide good ground for its further study. A comprehensive study of the termins that are used in criminal law of the US law, the United Kingdom and Ukraine.
