The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the problems of the subject of criminal influence in crimes against national security of Ukraine under the jurisdiction of the security organs investigators. Special attention was paid to the genesis of research development of the criminal influence subject in the context of doctrine of the object of crime. The definition of subject of criminal influence in crimes against national security of Ukraine under the jurisdiction of the security organs investigators is formulated; specific elements of the social relations that may serve as the criminal influence subject of crimes of this category are defined. Based on the undertaken research, amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine are proposed.
