The objects is a process of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. The study aims to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the evaluation of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. The author used such methods as: systematization, theoretical generalization and system analysis, economic-statistical, analytical, structural and logical, graphical. The theoretical value of the thesis is in proposed a new solution of scientific tasks for development of theoretical propositions of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises.
