Essay

The objects is a process of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. The study aims to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the evaluation of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. The author used such methods as: systematization, theoretical generalization and system analysis, economic-statistical, analytical, structural and logical, graphical. The theoretical value of the thesis is in proposed a new solution of scientific tasks for development of theoretical propositions of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty: for the first time there is developed a method for quantitative evaluation of interpersonal conflict management, improved categorical apparatus; classification management conflicts of distinguishing features in the management conflicts of machine-building enterprises, Richardson model for estimating the rate of change and the dynamics of conflict management in machine-building enterprises of the method for identifying conflict management, developed a model of the life cycle of management conflict, methods of prevent and resolve conflict management based on three main positions opponents conflict management, conflicts management strategy solution. The object of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied foundations of assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. Author's guidelines apply to assessment and prevention of management conflicts of machine-building enterprises. The scope for authors' recommendations refers to machine-building enterprises.
