The object of study - the process of ensuring proportionality clothing female population. The purpose of the study the improvement of the regulatory framework to ensure the proportionality of clothing based on the use of non-contact measurement methods based on the use of appropriate statistical methods of information processing. Scientific novelty: on the basis of the use of matrix algebra and matrix compilation of existing standards to improve the structure of regulatory documents related to the creation and use of anthropometric information base, allowing to determine the current direction of development of normative documents; the first to demonstrate the rationality of using kinnekt systems for non-contact three-dimensional human body measurement, by comparing the accuracy of determining the dimensional characteristics of traditional and non-contact manner in the mass of the human body measurement that gives an opportunity to significantly speed up the time of anthropometric studies at moderate costs; based on the construction of the dynamic allocation of dimensional attributes first proposed a universal mathematical model of the statistical distribution of the dimensional features based on a person's age. This allows you to determine the actual allocation for the analysis of sizes of the human body; based on the definition of the integral characteristics of the universal mathematical model of the statistical distribution of improved planning system output based on the adequate distribution of laws that allows for the most efficient way to predict the percentages of output.
