Essay

The object of research - the process of supplying the quality of blade machining holes. The purpose of research - improving the efficiency of the blade machining holes through the development of new scientific approaches regarding regulatory support on the basis of modeling of temperature phenomena in the cutting zone. Scientific novelty: improved mathematical model of heat propagation in a combined axial tool that allowed to determine the law of propagation of heat flows depending on the geometry of the cutting tool; at the first time obtained the model of thermal deformation parts in the cutting zone, which allowed to establish the effect of the secondary heat flows on the accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the holes; at the first time obtained the mathematical model of deflection of the radial profile of the hole, taking into account the nonlinearity of the thermal deformation of the tool and workpiece, which ensures the reliability of the technological process of processing of holes combined axial tool; obtained the further development the analytical technique of appointment of the cutting in the processing of the holes on the basis of the balance of thermal deformation of the processed material and tool, thus ensuring the quality of performance of hole machining.
