Objective: improving the diagnosis and optimization approaches to the treatment of children with TS based on the study of the karyotype, the degree of growth inhibition, age at diagnosis, concomitant syndrome components and related diseases, which will achieve a better definitive growth, sexual development of children with TS, reduce the number of complications or prevent their occurrence. Novelty: defined the epidemiology of the disease in Ukraine, the range and frequency of phenotypic traits TS associated malformations, bone condition, physical and sexual development, determined the effectiveness of drug treatment and rGR replacement therapy sex hormones. The method of scoring of clinical signs for the diagnosis TS children. Identified clinical and genetic variants TS. The algorithm of early diagnosis TS - for use in the practice of pediatricians, general practitioners, pediatric endocrinologists, gynecologists, and other specialists. An algorithm for an individual approach to therapy with rGR girls TS.
